Pengo Launches Revolution Series Drives
Pengo launched one of the largest new product releases in years, the Revolution Series Auger and Anchor Drives.
The Revolution Series Drives were born out of an idea to develop a product that would better fit the needs of Pengo’s customers. The previous product lines strengths and weaknesses were evaluated and a partnership with a new gearbox supplier was formed. The Revolution Series Drives are poised to be the premier attachment choice for the construction and utility industries for drilling and anchor installation.
This new product offering will include drives for use with prime movers such as compact skid steers, compact digger derricks, compact excavators, skid steer loaders, digger derricks, backhoes and excavators. The sizes will range from the MS-100 all the way up to the RV-200.
The unique new design of the Revolution Drives offers a two-piece bail housing for easier customization, a cross-over pressure relief system to protect the drive and larger more efficient gearboxes. This new series will be available in single speed, two speed and variable speed configurations. All two-speed units have automatic shift and an added cooling feature.
To compliment the new Revolution Series Drives, Pengo developed a torque monitoring and recording system called RevTrak. The RevTrak system allows customers installing helical anchors to monitor and record their installation data. The RevTrak like the Revolution Series Drives is setting the bar when it comes to ease of use and total functionality.
With the addition of the RevTrak and the ability to offer a wide range of drive mounts, Pengo’s Revolution Series is a complete drilling and installation attachment package.
